Pastor Sherry Colby co founded Victory Worship Center with Pastor Ron Byrd in 1991.
Sherry Colby, a former Miss Michigan (Miss America Pageant), sang professionally for over 11 years, when the Lord called her into ministry. Sherry has served the Lord for 28 years as Praise and Worship Director, Associate Pastor and the last 12 years as Senior Pastor of VictoryWorshipCenter. With her unquenchable enthusiasm for life and her Lord, Sherry moves in the power of the Holy Spirit.
She has been married for 35 years to her husband Michael and has 3 sons Ryan, David, and Brett. Later on Ricky (added son) Krystal (her daughter in law) and Paige (1st grand child) became an amazing addition to her life.
Sherry operates in a prophetic anointing and it is her desire to bring God’s people into the His Throne Room. She loves her congregation and delights in preaching and reaching those for Christ.
Kraig Busman - Associate Pastor and Youth Director

Kraig has been in Youth Ministry since 1983 where he started in Boca Raton, Florida. In 1986 Kraig met his wife Fawn and the 2 were married in 1988. Kraig, Fawn and daughter Meghan are founding members of Victory Worship Center and Kraig has been the Youth Pastor since the conception of the church.
Kraig works closely with Youth for Christ of Palm Beach County as a leader in the Campus Life/JAM Club program in the local public school system and was formerly the Summer Camp Acticities Director for Conservative Baptist Churches of Florida.
Kraig is gifted in teaching and preaching and uses his gift to share God's Word in an effective and often unconventional way. "People don't remember much of what you say but they truly remember how you make them feel. God speaks to us in stories and parables that touch us close to home."
Joe Jurban - Pastor of Education & Outreach
Pastor Joe Jurban is a gifted teacher and communicator. Joe is also gifted in biblical studies and has a deep understanding of the principles of applying God's Word to everyday life. As a team, Joe and his wife Sandy minister together in prayer for physical and emotional healings for the body of Christ.
Christopher Cooper - Associate Worship Director
Christopher Cooper, has been Victory Worship Centers Associate Music Minister since 1995. Christopher is an anointed songwriter, keyboard player and flows in the Spirit through Praise and Worship. With his incredible gifting to hear the voice of the Lord, Chris is used in a powerful way.
Jessica Cloward - Nursery & Preschool Director
Jessica Cloward is the nursery and preschool director here at Victory Worship Center for the past two years. She is the proud wife of worshiper Geary Cloward, who serves on the praise team. Together they parent two powerful little men of God ages 9 and 2. Jessica has worked with children over the past 8 years, she has a heart for children of all ages, intercessory and a passion for serving Jesus with all her heart and soul, with a no matter what attitude! Jessica is proud to be "a part of the body of Christ that does not put Jesus in a box but allows the Holy Spirit to move in power, to be under an amazing leadership and mentor, and to be part of a generation that is bringing a mighty move of Jesus back into our lives!"
